VoxFlow Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using VoxFlow ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. VoxFlow is developed and maintained by BIT Technology s.r.o., operating under the brand GoSpace Labs ("we", "us", "our").

VoxFlow, including its design, code, features, and branding, is the intellectual property of BIT Technology s.r.o. The WhisperKit speech recognition engine is developed by Argmax, Inc. and is used under its open-source license.

Your recordings and transcriptions belong to you. We claim no ownership over any content you create using VoxFlow.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BIT Technology s.r.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of VoxFlow. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (which is zero, as VoxFlow is free).

You may stop using VoxFlow at any time by deleting the App. Since VoxFlow does not collect any data, there is no account to delete and no data to request deletion of. All your recordings and transcriptions are stored locally on your device and/or in your personal iCloud account.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of VoxFlow after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Slovak Republic, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bratislava, Slovakia.

14. GDPR Compliance

VoxFlow is fully compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Since we do not collect, store, or process any personal data, the data protection obligations under GDPR are inherently satisfied. There is no personal data to access, rectify, erase, or port.
