Who writes this, how it is funded, and how to reach a human.
BeMooore is a habit-building service made of two parts. The first is a free knowledge base of articles on four areas of everyday life: happiness, health, wealth and relationships. The second is an iOS app that turns those ideas into a daily habit you actually keep, including on the days you miss one. Nothing on the article side is behind a paywall or a signup form.
Most habit trackers punish a broken streak by resetting it to zero. In practice that is the moment people delete the app. BeMooore is built on the opposite assumption: a missed day is normal, and the only thing that matters is whether you start again the next morning. That single design decision drives both the app and the way these articles are written.
Each article starts from published research and public health guidance, and is then written and edited for a general reader who has about five minutes. We link the underlying sources in the text so you can check them yourself. Articles carry a byline, and the writer profiles are listed on the authors page.
Editorial honesty: these articles are general information, not medical, psychological or financial advice. If something in your life needs a professional, see one. Where we describe a study, we try to say what it actually measured rather than what a headline claimed it measured. If you find an error, tell us and we will correct the page.
The knowledge base is free and carries no third-party advertising. It is funded by the BeMooore iOS app. We do not sell your reading behaviour, and we do not run sponsored articles.
BeMooore is operated by BIT Technology s.r.o., a software company based in Slovakia. The same team builds and maintains the app, the website and this knowledge base.

New to the site? The articles index is the full library, and the free assessment takes about two minutes and points you at the areas worth working on first.
